Dandelions and leaves were blown into, grasses were held between my teeth and plucked on tunes no.5 and 6, rubbed and shaken on tune no.7,
The cones were scratched, the coffee can was shaken, the cigar tube was hit with a stick, the nut tree twigs were hit for tune no.3 and broken fore tune no.4,
The djembe was played normally..
This album was made by recording, sampling and putting together most of these sounds, like they do for electronic music.
All themes and solos were improvised.
Pitch was not altered.
A little reverb was added (mostly for the grasses) and the djembe was sometimes filtered to get more bass (it's a smaller one)
No other effects were used..

I like the way the JazzyBIT combine different styles of jazz of different decades. This album reminded me of jazz-funk years of Herbie Hancock, I heard an easy flow of Ryo Fukui's piano playing and impressions of latin jazz mixed with new, more modern sound. All together it makes an excellent record. Xelfo
